At Rodeo Family, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, you can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order.
How to Return an Item:

Condition of Items: We accept return up to 14 days after the items have been delivered.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.
All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. - Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will include only the original purchase price. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exceptions:
- Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable.
- Sealed items that have been opened (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products) cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons.
