Shipping policy

Shipping within Italy

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Shipments are handled by national express couriers.

  • Standard delivery times after order is processed are 3 to 5 business days.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
    For orders shipped to Italy over €50, shipping is free.

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to possible carrier slowdowns beyond our control.

Shipping within Europe

  • Delivery within 5-10 business days, depending on the destination country.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the zone.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code and a link to follow the delivery status. Customers can modify the delivery date, time, or pickup point directly through the courier’s platform.


Failed Delivery and Unclaimed Parcels

If the parcel cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer (incorrect address, absence of the recipient, failure to collect from the pickup point), the order will be considered fulfilled. In such cases:

  • shipping costs and return costs will remain the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from any refunds;

  • upon request, we can arrange a new shipment, with costs charged to the customer.

If the failed delivery is due to an error by the courier or RODEO FAMILY, we will reship the order at no additional cost.


Delivery Times and Liability

We always do our best to respect the indicated delivery times, but any delays not attributable to RODEO FAMILY (strikes, logistics issues, customs, holidays) do not entitle the customer to a refund.
